How will the winner of the Athletic Giving Challenge be determined?
Each sports organization will earn points according to their organization's average gift rate:
$200+ — 20,000 points
$100 - $199 — 10,000 points
$50 - $99 — 5,000 points
$30 - $49 — 2,000 points
$20 - $29 — 1,000 points
$10 -$19 — 500 points
Addiitonally, points will be awarded for the total dollar amount the sports organization raises:
$10,000 — 10,000 points
$7,500 — 5,000 points
$5,000 — 2,500 points
$2,500 — 1,000 points
$1,000 — 500 points
$500 — 250 points
$250 — 100 points
$100 — 50 points
First-time donors will earn an additional 150 points for his/her sports organization with his/her first gift.
The donor who gives the most will earn 5,000 bonus points for his/her sports organization.
Is my contribution tax-deductible?
Yes! All philanthropic contributions to us are tax-deductible as prescribed by law.
Will I receive a receipt for my contribution?
Yes! We will send you a receipt for your contribution shortly after you make your gift.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged immediately upon finalizing your gift on the site.
